The Error 523 is a software error caused by a third party application is not compatible with the BlackBerry device and operating system current.
Follow these steps to get rid of this error message:
turned the computer with the Desktop Manager program open.
1. Remove the battery from your blackberry. after 30 seconds then reinsert it.
2. While the device is re-started (or hourglass while still touring), connects to the computer using the USB cable.
3. Then in the Desktop Manager program from the Application Loader option (Application Loader) sent to remove the application (program) installed on your Blackberry and it started giving error, since this is the cause of the fault that is presenting its blackberry .
4. Select the application from the list of applications installed on your blackberry and sink further. This process takes a couple of minutes maximum and will indicate that it has been concluded successfully.
5. Disconnect the USB cable from the blackberry and it should solve the problem. The newly installed application, for some reason was not 100% compatible with your computer or the OS that is currently installed.
The worst case is when even so, the phone does not start and continue displaying an error message on the screen, then you have to charge new mind the OS to the device using the JavaLoader and wipped the blackberry
